All our rooms are en-suite and comfortably appointed.  The rooms also include electric blankets, heating, tea/coffee making facilities, bar fridges, digital satellite television and wireless internet access. Our luxury rooms are air-conditioned and include DVD players.
Breakfast is served in the main dining room between 06h00 and 08h00 on weekdays and between 08h00 and 10h00 during weekends.

Each room sleeps a maximum of two persons save where the third person is an infant.

Payment Terms:Kindly pay a deposit of 50% of the total amount payable within 48 hours of receipt of the booking confirmation.The balance is payable 14 days before the date of arrival or by arrangement in exceptional circumstances.Please note that we cannot guarentee a booking where a deposit has not been paid,or where a redeemable voucher has not been received.

Cancellation Policy: As Wodehouse does not overbook, a forfeit as a percentage of the total costs will be effected on cancellations in accordance with the folowing:

• 0-7 days before the date of arrival - 100%
• 8-14 days before the date of arrival - 75%
• 15-21 days before the date of arrival - 50%
• 22-30 days before the date of arrival - 25%
• 31+ days before the date of arrival - 0%
• Cancellations in excess of 30 days prior may incur a maximum 5% administration fee to cover banking and processing charges.
